FastCut P is a tru-cut disposable soft tissue biopsy needle made for use exclusively with Angyotech’s Pro-Mag 2.5™ automatic gun.
The device is equipped with an AISI 304 stainless steel cannula with “Menghini” sharpened tip for atraumatic, precise tissue excision. Centimeter markings on the cannula surface allow for easy determination of insertion depth.
The stylet has a triple-faced ultra-sharp tip to easily penetrate fibrous tissues, and also features a 19 mm specimen notch for sample capture. Echogenic markers on the cannula enhance visibility under ultrasound and needle size and international color codes are stamped on the spacer and primary packaging.
The set includes a spacer with side entry to facilitate needle placement into the automatic gun system. FastCut P is suitable for stereotactic procedures.
